FD Benefits

Freeze drying removes almost all the water from selected ingredients without altering the taste, aroma, shape, color and bio-availability of their vital nutrients.

As water is the main catalyst for mold and bacteria growth that contribute to the harmful side effects of food degradation, freeze drying additionally removes these associated health risks, resulting in safe, nutritious foods that are preservative free.

The advantages of freeze-dried products include light weight, stable under room temperature (no need for cold chain), ease of transportation, long and stable shelf life, convenient to use (taken at dry state or immediately re-hydrated), etc.
